For a faster gala check-in experience, click the box at the bottom of this page, I authorize Broadway Theatre Company to use the credit card entered on the submission page at the 2020 Broadway Lights Auction & Gala. Your card will only be charged if you have an event sale or donation, or are a winning online auction bidder. Attendees will have the option of registering a different payment method at one of the check-in or checkout stations. 

 

The Online Silent Auction 

With the purchase of a ticket or sponsorship, you and your guests will be emailed and texted your personal bidding links when the online auction opens for bidding at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 16th. Online bidding will remain open until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 19th.

Winning bidders will be notified via text and email. Online auction items will be available for in-person pickup the week of March 20th. Winning bidders who live outside the Portland metro area will be notified of shipping arrangements and fees.
